# No Admin access

 * Hello,
 * I have a Word Press Blog I set up through Dream Host at [http://www.heathersomerville.com](http://www.heathersomerville.com).
 * I cannot log in as an admin. I cannot log into my blog through wordpress.com 
   as it does not register any of my user names, passwords or email addresses. The
   pages [http://www.heathersomerville.com/wp-admin/install.index.php](http://www.heathersomerville.com/wp-admin/install.index.php)
   and [http://www.heathersomerville.com/wp-admin/index.php](http://www.heathersomerville.com/wp-admin/index.php)
   are not found and point to 404 error messages.
 * Please help me resolve this. I don’t know if I missed a file download, and if
   I did, how I can go back and download all the files needed.

 * Your best bet is to go to [http://wordpress.org](http://wordpress.org), download
   the latest WP package, and re-upload all the files.

 * I had the problem yesterday too. My dot5hosting support thinks the servers were
   down for a bit. It was up a few hours later.
