No add to cart option

Once I updated my woocommerce it actually broke my site saying there was an issue with the Authorize.net payment gateway plugin so I manually deleted that. I reinstalled it with no issues, but there is no “add to cart” option nor a shopping cart image in the top right corner like there normally is for a woocommerce shop.

Any advice?
