No Add to Cart button-usage created Variations

I have installed and configured Booking System (+WooCommerce), but I cannot get a Add to Cart or checkout button to appear. Neither the plugins checkout button nor the WooCommerce button will work. Instead, every time a date and extras are selected, it creates a new variation for the product. I have tried it with other themes, additional variations, as a virtual and not virtual product – but no luck.
