I have successfully installed WordPress multisite @ http://www.blognteach.com. I have selected sub-domain style for multisites.
I am able to create new sites from admin panel. It is working correctly. I had previously installed buddypress and it was working fine.

While installing Multisites I had removed all the installed plugins.
After installing multisites I have installed buddypress. But even before installing buddypress I was getting the same problem.

    The problem is:

I am able to create users and sites from Network admin.
But not from the front end while I have enabled both user and site registrations.

You can see I have created a another site from network admin:

I don't know what has went wrong. Somebody please assist me. I am a newbie as far as multisites are concerned.

  2. What error do you get? You say no activation email, but does the site get made?

I do not receive any error. It says your site has been successfully created, you need to activate your account from the link we have sent. But no activation email is being sent.

(Site is successfully getting created from Network admin panel. Even the password is getting sent but not from front end)

Even after it says your site is successfully created, there is no indication in the network admin panel. i.e no site is actually getting created while we are trying to register from the from front of the blog.

  5. Okay, what plugins do you have active :)
