No Accounts buttons

    I’d love to use the plugin however I cannot get started – there are no account buttons showing on the dashboard. The only one (which is greyed out) is the G GMB button which is not available.

    Am I being as thick as a whale omlette or is there an incompatibility I am missing? Do I need to add other plugins for ‘Revive’ to gather accounts from?

    Help, please.

    I am running WordPress 5.5.1 | PHP 7.3.22 | Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) PHP/7.3.22 | MySQL 5.5.62-38.14

    Hi there,

    This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. So please deactivate all plugins except the Revive Old Posts plugins and check if it resolves your issue and after that try activating the plugins one by one to find problematic plugin. Then replace it with any alternate plugin.

    You might want to back your website up before doing this, if you don’t already have a backup plugin then you can use this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/

    Since deactivating your plugins might change the features on your website you might want to put it behind an under maintenance page. For that we recommend this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/under-construction-page/

    Since it’s a new plugin it most likely won’t cause any additional issues.
