After installing this plugin and attempting a bulk optimization I’m no longer able to access my media library through the actual media library menu. I get a 500 internal server error.

Fortunately I also have Media Library Assistant installed and I’m able to access the library through that.

I tried a reinstall and the bulk optimization sat optimizing the first image for hours…I just minimized the window and let it run. Hours later…1 image is optimized and still no access to the media library via the normal menu link.

    Not happy at all.

    Hi Doug,

This is not normal behaviour for the plugin and we are very sorry that this happened to you. I suspect that perhaps there is another plugin interfering with our plugin. I answered the message that you send to our support inbox and we are awaiting you reply.

We are determined to find out what the cause of the problem is and we really appreciate your assistance!
