• When I post a blog, in addition to that WordPress creates the same content on a different page giving it a date instead ie. /2018/12/ as well as /examen-de-lanalyse-automatique-des-courriers-electroniques/.
The problem I have is that all the Meta descriptions are identical for each of these pages. How do I get to these pages to change their Meta files?

My problem is one of access – i.e. trying to navigate to it.

Ummmmmm .. I would have suggested that this is the problem :
“WordPress creates the same content on a different page giving it a date instead”,

    not this :
“The problem I have is that all the Meta descriptions are identical”

So do you *want* WordPress to duplicate the Published post?

I want to be able to access the pages with dates, so I can stop the metadata being identical. It already duplicates the post as a dated page.
