# No access

 * Hello,
 * I have a member who can log in to my site but is unable to access all the pages.
   I am using Thrive Apprentice for the login. All other members have access to 
   all the sites, but this particular member only has access to the welcome page
   after logging in.
 * Any idea what I can do?

 * was the user created via a UsersWP registration form?
 * Are you using a content restriction tool?
 * Is the role of that user correct?

 * Hi there:
 * was the user created via a UsersWP registration form?
 * No
 * Are you using a content restriction tool?
   Yes
 * Is the role of that user correct?
 * Yes
 * With all other users everything works without problems, but not with this user.
   And if I disable UsersWP, then this user can also access everything.

 *  I would momentarily edit the faulty user’s email, create a new user and see 
   if the new user still has problems. If not, delete the old user.
