 * I tried to put something about pagination in my wordpress function theme and 
   now the complete blog is down. i cant login!! and i cant reach the side to login
   anymore.

   and restore your site.

 * Who runs it? Who configured it? Please contact that person, or verify the documentation.
   Alternatively, you can reinstall WordPress using the same method as you did earlier.
