I’m having an issue in that I know I can set a default user role via Job Listings > Settings > Job Submission but I don’t see any way this plugin provides a way to differentiate between the need for the registration to be an employer or candidate.
So how do I go about setting up the plugin to know which user role to assign or to give the user the option when registering?
I have this up and running at http://theatrejobboard.setc.org/ and when someone uses the “sign Up” link from the menu and creates an account, the system defaults to what I have setup via Job Listings > Settings > Job Submission (in this case “employer”). So if there’s no way to allow the user to select at point of registration, how do I create a registration form that creates candidate roles?
