And to avoid surprises, we are very clear in the plugin description that the free version includes one widget with up to 10 Google reviews displayed.
- For businesses that want more, our premium packages open up a wide range of features — from full review display and customization options to review collection tools and integrations with over 130 platforms. We also aim to keep our pricing among the most affordable in the market while still offering professional-level review management solutions. Many users find that the added features quickly pay for themselves in visibility and credibility.
- The 7-day free trial exists to give users a chance to test these premium features in practice before deciding if they want to subscribe or not.

Thanks but I’m not providing feedback or requesting clarification, I’m just warning other users looking for a free plugin to display Google reviews so they won’t lose their time as I did.
This is not a free plugin, this is a trial version of a paid plugin… what you call “premium features” is actually the core feature (displaying your Google reviews) therefore the “free” version is useless unless you purchase.
Then we can discuss if your business model is transparent or not… If I had +70 1/2-star review arguing it is not, I would start considering.

We understand your perspective, but I do want to clarify for others reading: the free plugin is not a trial version. It’s a permanent, free tool for displaying up to 10 Google reviews with a single widget.
For businesses that need more (unlimited reviews, multiple widgets, integrations with 130+ platforms, and customization options), those are available in our premium service, which also includes a free trial so users can test everything before committing.
The free plugin is fully usable on its own if its features are enough, and it can be used indefinitely.

I’m sorry but from a user perspective, calling this a free plugin is misleading. Yes, technically you can keep it forever and display up to 10 reviews, but let’s be honest, for any real business that actually wants to show its reputation, this limit makes it practically useless.
That means the so-called “free” version is nothing more than a trial/demo for the paid product. The core functionality (displaying all your reviews) is locked behind a paywall, so unless you’re happy showing just 10, you’ll quickly hit a wall and have wasted your time installing, configuring, and testing it.
Other plugins offer a genuinely usable free tier plus premium upgrades. This one does not, it’s a sales funnel disguised as freeware.
Most visitors only read a few reviews before forming an opinion, so displaying up to 10 reviews is often enough to showcase credibility and give a clear sense of a business’s reputation. We understand it may not meet every need, but with over 700,000 active installs, many users find the free plugin works well for their purposes.
