    Be aware that even if it says 30 days free trial this will only happen if you discover any issues with the plugin – if you fix their work. Otherwise, they won’t refund you…

    Looks like there is some sort of misunderstanding. We do not advertise any kind of free trials, however, we offer 30-days money-back guarantee based on our Refund Policy, namely Refund will be approved when the product had a bug/problem which Support couldn’t resolve.

    Have you tried to reach our plugin support and ask for a refund? Please let me know so we can work this issue out.
