I was working in a preliminary site with Colinear theme in wordpress.com. It allowed for Site Name, Site tagline, Logo customization. when migrating to the Colinear theme under wordpress.org, it only allows Site name & tagline, not logo.

Also in .com it allows for a color pallet choice, in .org it does not.

I expected expanded choices going into .org, not reduced.

How do I add the site logo in .org?
How do I change the content background from white to grey?
How do I change the background and text colors for the navigation bar?
