Ninja not showing in Plugins after update

I did an automatic update through the plugins and Ninja WP+ has disappeared. It is not available on the left hand menu nor is it showing in the plugins page. I had Ninja Livelog open while it was updating and when I click on Access Control or anything else available it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”.
