Ninja Forms only sends e-mail from contact forms (any forms) when the user is logged in(cache is off).

E-mails do not get sent for non-logged in users.

You might understand this is a business stopper.

submissions are saved in the plugin DB though. Just the mail function is not triggered for non-logged in users.
