Ninja Forms needs to process 1 upgrade – Error

    Hello,

    we have the following Error message when try to upgrade Ninja Forms.

    we have installed WordPress version 4.4.1 and Ninja Forms Version 2.9.33

    On WordPress Dashboard appears the message:
    “Ninja Forms needs to process 1 upgrade(s). This may take a few minutes to complete.”

    so, we click on “Start Upgrade” Button and when the procedure begins, appear the following messages and stop.

    ————–Error Message———————————–

    Form settings and information needs to be transferred to a new forms database. This new storage method will make it much easier effecient to interact with forms.
