Ninja Forms features incredibly effective customer support!

Ninja Forms continues to get better. I did run into a problem with one of our forms and reached out to Ninja Forms Support. Within a few minutes, I had an initial acknowledgement of the logs and data I had uploaded, and soon after, a comprehensive fix that let us go back into production quickly.
