Ninja Forms and Post Creation

I am not the most experienced web developer on the planet and would like some help. Install Ninja forms and created some forms no problem, then purchased post creations as I want to post data from form submissions into a personal profile page.

Is there a simple thing I am not getting, looked for short codes from submission data and assumed it would be cut and pasted and you could present the data on the page as and when a submission took place??? HELP Appreciated.
