    Hi there,

    Thanks very much for this plugin! I have a question about using the Ninja forms integration. When I use your form, payments work as expected. But when I use Ninja forms I get the following error: “5031: order could not be processed because POI 71020 does not have any acceptable payment brands configured for this request”. Is there any guidance you could give me?

    There are no payment methods available for the payment in your OmniKassa account. However, you’re mentioning that it does work through the built-in forms.

    Did you compare and notice any differences in the payments through the built-in forms and Ninja Forms payments (WordPress admin » Pay » Payments), such as in the gateway, amount or payment method. This might lead to the cause of the issue. Please let us know your findings.
