Ninja form giving fatal error on activation running on php7.4

My website is running on PHP 7.4 and wordpress6.0.2. The issue I am facing is I cannot activate the ninja form plugin gives me Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Also tried upgrading my site to PHP 8 which breaks my site. There is no error in the error log related to this. So I cannot fix the issue. The installed version of the ninja form is Version: 3.6.14.
