Nina Forms slow to the point of timing out on PHP 8.0

    I recently upgraded a site from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0, and I’m now seeing forms timing out submission (AJAX POST, upwards of 13 seconds) and even loading up of the Submissions at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=nf-submissions&form_id= is timing out at 58+ seconds.

    Downgrading back to PHP 7.4 immediately fixed the issue.

    I am sorry that you are having this issue. I am not able to replicate this on my local environment.

    Can you try temporarily deactivating all your plugins that are not Ninja Forms add-ons and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One?
    If you do not have a development/test environment for your site, you can use the Health Check plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/) to temporarily disable plugins and your theme for a single user session, instead of all users using your site.
    If this solves your issue, then the problem was caused by an issue in one of those plugins or your theme. Reactivate them one at a time until the issue returns to determine which plugin is causing the conflict.`
