    Hello,
    Thanks for reporting this issue.
Compatibility with Member Press has been implemented recently.
I’m not able to reproduce the problem on my end.
Here’s what I do when protecting a post with member press :
    – when editing a post, I check the “subscriber” role in the content permissions settings at the bottom of a post. ( “Limit access to the content to users of the selected roles.” )
    – I add Nimble Builder content to this post
    – I log out of the website
    – neither the editor or Nimble Builder content are visible on front end.

Can you detail the steps to reproduce your problem ?

    Hi Nicolas

Indeed I first create a post with the right category, which is my protected category. The post has only one category and when I am in the post editor it says it is protected.
Then I went into building the post with Nimble builder (for all previous posts I didn’t use Nimble builder).
I logged out, check in several browser in incognito mode and the post is fully visible. You should actually be able to see it publicly yourself to confirm – here is the address:
    https://www.laurentlanglais.com/fengshui-memberships/snake-month-may-2020
If you see all the content, while logged out, then the problem exists as this post is only in my protected category and with the protection listed as active in WordPress.

The only difference is that this time I used Nimble…

I need to understand how you protected this post.
Can you detail the steps to create a protected category with this plugin, and how you add post to a protected category?
I need to be able to reproduce the problem on my end.
    Thanks

Here’s an example screenshot of what I do when protecting a post. This protects both editor and Nimble Builder content on front, for not allowed users.

What is your way to restrict access to posts with memberpress?

    Hi Nicholas
For the past 3 years during which I have used Memberpress on my site, the system to restrict access is always the same. I have created a rule that only members subscribed to one of my subscription can access content. Then I create a post that is in this category, therefore falling under this rule. If the post is only in this category then automatically Membepress protect its content and people have to log in (so need to have a paid subscription) to access the content. It has always worked and the only post that is not protected and for which content is fully visible despite this category/rule is the one I have designed in Nimble builder – hence me thinking the problem can only come from Nimble. It seems that even if the post was created in this category, once I edited the post through Nimble it didn’t take into account the rule/protected category?

    OK.
Is it a rule that I can reproduce on my end on a test site, or did you write some code ?
I want to understand this problem so I can fix it for all MemberPress users. If you think it might speed up the process, accessing your website admin could be an option.
Contact me with this form so I can explore the problem more into details.
    Thanks

I realize that you’re actually using a premium plugin and not this one : https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/
That’s why I could not reproduce the issue on my end. Memberpress has not been made compatible yet with Nimble Builder.
We can implement compatibility with it but we will need the .zip file of the plugin. Make sure you attach it to your next message via the contact form. You can also share it via wetransfer.com.

Good news : I just received an answser from the Memberpress team on how to implement compatibility with Nimble Builder.
This will be implemented in the upcoming release of Nimble Builder.

Hi @laurentlanglais, the latest version ( v2.0.16 ) should fix your problem.
Let me know if this is not the case.
    Thanks
