• The support for this plugin is real nightmare one.
    They are working just few hours per week and you can expect communication by email one per day so if you really need assistance then simple issue can take weeks to debug.
    Not fully tested updates.
    My website is partially not working from two weeks for now regard to update this plugin.
    Don’t worth money with support like that.

    We’re sorry for all the troubles you had with our plugin.

    My colleague did mention you should revert back to the previous version manually and wait for us to fix the issues. You can get an older version from https://wordpress.org/plugins/paid-member-subscriptions/advanced/ (scroll to the end of the page)

    In the mean time we’ll continue to debug and see what exactly it happening in order to fix it in the next update.

    Please note, bug do happen, and even though we are trying our best not introduce any in new versions, this is part of the development cycle and we usually fix them as soon as possible once they are properly documented and replicated. It wasn’t clear from your initial email what was wrong and that’s why initially you got a more or less generic reply.

    You second email (a weak later) did indeed have a lot more information and we did fail to address it in a timely matter. This is our fault and we’ll try to do better in the future. We’re currently investigating it and will let you know directly on that ticket once we know more.
