We have received your refund request in our sales department now, and also we checked your tickets. We do not have any problem with your request however:
1. You are still using the plugin and it is installed on your website. Please delete it completely.
2. You have given us a 1 star because of the bug in the plugin, and due to your refund request this rating has no meaning from now on.
So please let us know after resolving the above. Then we will continue giving you your refund.

Hello again,
We know about your refund request, however, there are 2 things need to be mentioned:
1. You are currently using the plugin and when the plugin is in use by the user, the refund request cannot be processed. You need to first remove the plugin completely.
2. You have rated a plugin you are not using, and you also changed the rating from one star to 2 stars. Generally, you do not need to rate a product you are not using.
Therefore, we will accept your refund after you resolve the issue above.

you continue in bad faith? I deleted your plugin from my site and I sent you a video of the uninstall! Refresh your browser cache (if you know how) and you’ll see.
