Nielsen – The ultimate e-commerce theme

Hi, I’ve been using your plugin already before, but now i’m using Nielsen theme http://themeforest.net/item/nielsen-the-ultimate-ecommerce-theme/9710159. I translating my theme in 3 languages in Theme area, but it does not working. Translated string on frontend showing in English.
