nice tool but doesn’t backup everything

    The site to site backup and restore process is nice, but sadly I discovered that it doesn’t backup any files or folders which are not part of WordPress.
    I had some custom folders in my site, which were completely missed.
    You need to be aware of this or you will lose data.

    Thanks for your feedback. Our plugin creates backups for database and the files including wp core, wp content, uploads, plugins, and themes. Could you tell us that what files are missing from backups and which directory you stored the missing files? Thanks in advance.

    they were in a folder called mftp

    Hi, could you tell us what files are saved in mftp folder and which directory you stored this folder?

    IT is the ROOT of the website where WordPRess is installed
    I am not going to list hundreds of filenames for you as this is not relevant and is not going to change the fact that this plugin does not backup NON WordPress files.
