• Love the plugin – CS is horrible! I PMd to find out if there was specific coding I needed. I made an obviously horrible mistake by asking if they had code they could provide. The CS rep asked me what the word “provide” meant.

    All I wanted to know was if they had the code and if they could provide it. I never asked for anything other than that. If (s)he had told me I needed to upgrade for code, then that would have been fine. Instead, they waiting until they had completely insulted and chastised me for asking an innocent and simple question.

    Next thing I know, the rep is slamming me and stated that I would never go into a grocery store and expect the food to be free.

    What?!? I never asked to be supplied anything that would cost that person their job and I’m certainly not one to cheat any person or any business out of money (just ask all my creditors). 🙂

    Why couldn’t the rep just tell that any coding would come with an upgraded version?

    But the rep didn’t stop there … (s)he all but told me that I was just a nobody who didn’t matter and they could care less about me, their customer. The only thing they cared about is making money.

    Granted, we all have to make money. But in order to do that, we have to have customers.

    The rep was terrible. (s)he didn’t even bother to log off … they just sat there and didn’t respond at all when I told them how frustrating it must be when these types of miscommunications occur.

    Wonder if it was one of the folks whose image is on their website? Doesn’t matter – they must all be jerks because everything starts at the top and slides downhill and birds of a feather flock together. They are really nasty people.

    That person would have made a sale on the upgrade, but there’s no way in the world I would ever pay one red cent to a company that treated me like crap.

    Hi cathy5282,

    First of all I’m terribly sorry that you felt (and probably still feel) bad about the situation.

    But in my opinion the generalization and judging the whole company by calling us ‘jerks’ based on one unfortunate situation on the chat is a bit out of proportion. And we feel sorry about that.

    Anyway, currently there’s no code allowing to put the glossary in the footer in the free version.
