    Nice plugin. I would give 5 stars but it’s a bit buggy.

    When reporting bugs, support seems reluctant to consider possible differences between their sandbox and live websites, opting instead for the usual “it must be your other plugins” deflection. Granted it is free, and I still like it, bugs and all.

    A few small GUI issues.

    (1) Latest Note column is a great feature, but the time zone is incorrect. It is OK in the Note, but the times displayed in the Latest Note column are all incorrect by a fixed number of hours (as if a conversion from UTC to Time Zone is erroneous).

    (2) Opening the Notes defaults to placing the top of the popup window in the center of the screen (with the latest note typically off the bottom of the screen). This is more of an annoyance than a bug – scrolling the orders screen is typically required. It would be friendlier if the window were higher up and/or the window scrolled itself to the bottom (latest note) and/or the sort were reversed so latest note (and the add box) is displayed at the top.

    Hi drjx ,

    1. It’s a bit unfair to say that I was “blaming the version” and disregards the reports when it comes to troubleshooting. I was showing that the latest version of our plugin worked properly in a plain system with the latest version of WooCommerce, WP and our plugins combined. That is to test whether this issue comes from within or outside of our plugin.
    2. You can kindly re-read my replies to the support thread. The last message I sent to the user was to ask him to check the date/time settings in the other plugin as the notes was generated regarding an external plugin/add-on information, not by the default WooCommerce Orders. The thread starter hasn’t replied to me yet so I can’t have enough data to troubleshoot this issue. The situation is the same in your case.
    3. We are not available 24 hours a day so you can expect a reply within 48 hours. Please confirm when did I “then never replying to the answer”? since the most recent support thread created?

    It’s users who have the power to rate the plugin with whatever they suppose but it’s unfair to blame us and disregard our efforts to provide FREE plugins with free support like that.
