[resolved] Nice plugin, a good example for custom plugin developers. (4 posts)

It's a nice feature to have in the admin area. I'd like it a lot if it could be extended with some features:

    - Please make this plugin translatable.
    - Don't put the data into a separate table (we are struggling to keeping the number of tables at the minimum necessary), an option saved in the _options table would be enough.
    - If the edition/reading of the pad could be adjusted according to the WP roles, it would be even more useful since not only admins could use it.

Would you like help with the development of the plugin? I'm just a beginning developer, just made a few site-specific plugins for several networks/sites, a hand to learn the necessary subversion to help you would be very appreciated and I've could develop some of the features I'm proposing, if you want to.

    Hi there,

All great feedback, thanks! I will look in to the suggestions you listed. I may ask for your assistance as plugins as a developer are fairly new. I'd like to look in to these on my own first though.

    Once again, thank you.

    Hi there,

Check out the version I just added. Make sure you back up your data, delete current and re-install. Things changed so you can not do a clean update, unfortunately. I think I addressed all your concerns.
