Nice option for live support chat

This is working well for me in WordPress – http://liveleader.com – I don’t work for them or anything, hope it’s okay to post this link.

They have a one-operator, no-frills, free option and also offer paid options for more operators and flexibility but anyway – the free version is fine for me, it’s very neutral, and I can upload my own graphic. I’ve got mine hard coded (the JavaScript) in sidebar.php but it’s easy to pop it into a text widget. With the free version, if you’re not online, the little box simply doesn’t show, so I hardcoded it to avoid the blank lines that a text widget would leave.

Wanted to share because I’ve been using HCL which is huge and clunky and have often wished there was something better I could use with WP. This is it! 🙂
