Elegant and easy to setup, with an innovative idea of comment categories... But, spam is a huge problem. Also the interface for browsing the comments is quite difficult to navigate.
If a contact plugin could notify there is a new message by email, it might as well forward the content as this would help with spam messages too. The plugin likes to handle the messages like posts even when they are not approved, or setup to be collaborative. I think the plugin should simply forward the messages on the free version. I would have given it 5* if these concerns are addressed.
I got too much spam and had to disable. For every message I had login to the site. Only be a reception form and let email handle the spam, and the rest I say.
