• This plugin is nice to obtain fast and good result without codding, but don’t try to go pro or buy sub plugin. The quality of dev and support is down.

In the list of common problems with NJ form:
    – php notices all the time, and support not understand what you explain : forgot about it, you have to find a solution by yourself
    – translation of sub pro plugin you buy : forgot about it, you have to find a solution by yourself
    – A simple snippet to permit to use in real life sub pro plugin : : forgot about it, you have to find a solution by yourself.

Just for the fun see the support answer to my question about just how to have a logout link, because I brought the sub-plugin “user management” ….

At this time this would take custom code. Unfortunately we aren’t able to provide custom code (https://ninjaforms.com/scope-of-support), but our friends over at codeable.io (https://codeable.io/partners/ninja-forms/) have experienced Ninja Form & WordPress developers that have proved to be a great resource for our users.

It makes me angry or laughed… I let you decide

  • Greetings,

I am very sorry to learn of your poor experience with our support. Upon retrieving the support ticket mentioned, I had the opportunity to go over the issue with a developer and the support specialist whom handled the request.

As such, I must apologize for what was a misunderstanding in issue analysis, and we would love to reach out to you about this once more via the ticket, to ensure we have a complete understanding of what you were trying to accomplish.

I apologize for your inconvenience and we hope to dialogue with you on this at your leisure.

    Best Regards,

Hi Jon, sometime we aren’t lucky. Can I message a full description of all problems request, because now, problems are stacked.

The major one is due to “php notice” who break the Ajax feed feedback treatment. If you can ask your developer to work with notice display, you will have lots of small things to do. The common error is not to test treatment input using a simple ‘if’ or ‘is_int’ before you do a variable treatment. And off course if this variable is empty, or a string and you do mathematical operations, you will have warning or notice from PHP.

The second one is the use of a sub plugin like “user management” for example, in a real life, we have to manage the user login, profile, logout, and small things like adding logged user’s name in the menu, add logout link in the menu, etc. It will be a better experiance for your customers to give the full set of settings/snippets/etc. to solve 80% of the needs and common problems. Actually the docs of this sub-plugin do 50%, but lots of explanation are missing or unclear. Like the use of metas to edit profile from a registration form, etc.

Anyway, if you send me an email of someone serious with I can exchange, as developers myself, I can maybe explain more technically what’s wrong and were to correct it. I currently patch your plugin myself to move forward, but, as you know, this is not a good idea.

    Mike

It looks as though as support team has attempted reaching out to you again, but they were presented with an email delivery error, as though it is being flagged as spam on your email provider’s end.

If you wouldn’t mind reaching out to us at – ninjaforms.com/contact with your list of issues presented here, we will make sure that you are rerouted to a developer to help you appropriately.

    -Best Regards
