 * Does exactly what it says and is exactly what I need. The Canadian Standards 
   Association won’t allow us to ship certain products to Canada because they are
   not CSA Certified. I like being able to show those products to Canadian shoppers
   but disable the “add to cart” button with an explanation that the CSA is the 
   reason they can’t buy it but they could have it shipped to someone in the USA.
