[resolved] Nginx Helper and WP Super Cache (2 posts)

Currently, I'm running a Multi-site installation on Nginx with WP Super Cache (in PHP mode so not caching as static HTML files, avoiding the need for maintaining complex nginx rules) which does in itself perform well.

My question is: will setting up Nginx Helper on the network benefit WP Super Cache (or vice-versa) or does one negate the other or will it even harm performance?

    Thanks for any thoughts :)

Nginx helper is not related to WP Super Cache. You don't need both though they should not interfere with each other.

For best performance you should use static HTML cache.

If Nginx config is your worry, then you can have a look at these tutorials. I tried to put ready-to-use config for most cases (including WP Super Cache)
