Next/Previous post with prio tag in same categori

Hi!
I know how to fix next/previous with same category but I need to sort them out with same tag in category.

Please read the question above instead of fast typing the link to wordpress own next/previous post.

I want this to appear:
Next post will be the next post in same category WITH same tag!

Anyone know the codes?
