Next/previous articles with double language

Hi, I’m setting-up an Italian/English site with Newspaper 4.6.1 and qTranslate-X 2.9.6 and I need some help

At the bottom of any post there are the “previous article” and “next article” with the links showing the articles titles. Right now the theme shows both the italian and english title at the same time
