NextGen Version 2.0.23 attach to post doesn't work

    Hi,

    I just installed the NextGen Version 2.0.23 and when I tried to use
    attach to post I get a blank page. I reinstalled the wordpress and NextGen many time and clean up the plugins even used the file manager. I check the tickets I tuggles the permalinks and removed the problem plugins. Need help what else can it be?
