 * Hey there. I’m using Nextgen Pro and I was wondering if it’s possible to add 
   a “SELECT ALL” button in my shopping cart? Right now it only selects prints individually.
 * I’m not entirely sure if NextGen Pro allows downloading the whole gallery or 
   album, or maybe I’m missing something here.
 * Much appreciated.
