# NEXTGEN Pro Lightbox error

 * i use the shortcode from the imagely page.

 * [ngg_images gallery_ids=1 display_type=photocrati-nextgen_pro_thumbnail_grid 
   disable_pagination=1 images_per_page=1 show_all_in_lightbox=1]
 * But when i click on the picture it doesn’t open the lightbox, it opens the single
   image. When i click “back” then i see the lightbox. Don’t know where the problem
   is.

 * Can you confirm you have a lightbox selected if you go to Gallery > Other Options
   > Lightbox Effects? Perhaps try changing the lightbox effect there if so, and
   then try changing it back?
