NextGEN Pro Horizontal Filmstrip not working

Hello !

It has been several month we try to make the Horizontal Filmstrip effect working and other NextGEN Plus effects but we cannot find a solution.

We tryed to empty cache, disable plugins… but it has no effect.

The others effects from the basic nextgen gallery are working, but all the “plus” version doesn’t.
They appear in the choice of effect window, i can select them, choose a gallery, but when i uploasd the page, the effect doesn’t appear.

Any clue to help us ?
