NextGen Plugin not working

Hi,

I am recently facing this problem on my blog.
I am not able to show any album, or any picture from nextgen gallery

All I see is the code

[album=x template=extend]

the above code is not getting parsed, it show up as text only.

check this. Altough in Admin section, it working same as before.

I have tried to reinstalled everything, but still no help. I installed it on my local machine, and nextgen was working fine.
Please help me out with this.
