# Nextgen plugin

 * When I am trying to upload photos I get a message that says 0 files uploaded.
   This happens after I select start upload. I have this plugin on one of my other
   websites and it works fine. What can I do to fix this. Both websites use the 
   same theme.

 * @leewb1@comcast.net Both websites have the same plugins and server?
    Are PHP 
   Safe Mode Off and PHP Allow URL fopen On? You can take a look in Overview page
   at your server settings. Have you checked the error log? And have you activated
   permalink, or you are using the default structure?

 * I was having the same issue. I felt silly. Changing the permalink did fix the
   issue for me. Thank you tizz. I do have one question. Why did the permalink change
   matter?

   only with some web hosting services that the Permalink structure will make a 
   difference. Currently we are aware of GoDaddy, 1and1, and Aruba.it that this 
   is most commonly found on.
