Nextgen not showing any images

    Hello,

    After upgrading, NextGen is not showing any images and shows the message “invalid gallery displayed”.

    I think it is because all my shortcodes are the “old style” (img) and need to be converted.

    As I have hundreds of images and galleries, it is not possible to change them one by one, that would take ages, so I need a way to update these shortcodes automatically

    @coralwonders – The older <img> tag placeholder style of inserted display should continue to work with current releases of NextGEN Gallery and that being the case you should not need to change the older inserted displays.

    Please check to insure the current displays still have a gallery in the source accordion tab as there are some instances where that information can be stripped out (often by database optimization plugins with too aggressive algorithms). Also to note, if you do save any changes to the older <img> tag placeholders they will be converted to the new generated shortcodes (and in some older instances you may need to remove the ID parameter to make further modifications to those generated shortcodes).
