  • Hi, I’ll try to describe this as brief as possible

I have a template page “Gallery” that only contains a shortcode [album id=1 template=compact]. I have a custom permalink of /%category%/%postname%/ and I put a tick on NextGen Gallery’s option on “Active Permalinks” (to replace an uglier permalink like ?album=1&gallery=1) and I already reset my Permalink Settings after.

What happened is it made the new permalink a bit uglier: gallery/gallery/gallery/awesome-album-name/. Of course, I only want it to be like gallery/awesome-album-name/.

I also have another issue on the NextGen gallery. My page title (in the browser) is also ugly. My albums have complete information and description, but what says in the page title is like Album 1 < Gallery 3 < Gallery. Why the unnecessary breadcrumb? Is there a way that it should instead print the actual title of the album?

Any awesome solution/hacks for these? Thank you guys!
