Hi, I have Nextgen gallery installed as my site is heavily image based and it doesn’t have a search function!

I was wondering if Relevanssi was able to search and display search results from the nextgen gallery?

No, if I remember correctly NextGen uses separate database tables for the data, and Relevanssi has no access to those.
