    since it is already a long time that look a your support to solve the problem, if tomorrow I will not have a solution on your part, I shall replace the plug with another.

    @diddino – If all of the forms you are using are stilling failing to get through to our support team you can try emailing directly getimagely at gmail dot com. We generally find the form inputs and details to be very helpful although helping you get this issue resolved is more important.
