NextGen Gallery & NivoSlider causing conflicts

Okay – so first off – I’ve had NextGEN Gallery on the site for quite some time now website — you’ll notice that the images slide horizontally at the bottom of the large image on the live site.

I’m trying to integrate a rotating header image via Nivo Slider – upon installation of Nivo, my NextGEN Gallery became messed up (it displayed all images in a list w/ no slide functionality). So obviously the first reaction is to uninstall the new plugin. Upon doing so my NextGEN Gallery never returned to the same functionality – seen here – website

I’m sure the problem has to do with jQuery possibly – but I want to be able to have the site function w/ both plugins installed.

Any/All suggestions would be appreciated.
