nextGen Gallery Menu dashboard incomplete

Hi, sorry if my english is not good.

I have recently uploaded the latest version of Nextgen Gallery 2.1.2 to my also recently updated wordpress 4.2.3. and the plugin does not show in the dashboard all the plugin menus to add gallery, etc… just shows the Tag Menu administrator. So, I can not create any gallery at all.

I uninstalled and reinstall the plugin several times, but still no joy. I have checked it up in other browsers like safari, firefox, chrome. I am a mac user, by the way, and I tried to discard if it was a browser issue and in IEExplorer in a PC doesn´t show either. The theme says the plugin is compatible with its version.

Have you had any similar reports? I chequed the topic and I didn´t see any troubleshoot like mine.
I´d appreciate any help. I tried other gallery plugins but I just love yours,
