[Resolved] NextGen Gallery imagerotator.swf problems (can't find path)

  • I’ve installed the NextGen Gallery plugin and everything seems to be working fine, except that the plugin won’t recognize the imagerotator.swf file (error message: The path to imagerotator.swf is not defined, the slideshow will not work.). I’ve put it into wp-content/uploads but I keep getting an error message saying it isn’t there. I’ve also tried placing the file in a bunch of other directories but nothing works.
I assume this is why the short code itself, [ nggallery id=2 ], is showing up in my post rather than the gallery.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks!

  • Found the problem. Resolved.

for those with the same problem, you should post your solution.
I know you need to define where the file is in the URL box, along with the actual filename (…/imagerotator/imagerotator.swf)
