user that logged to mysql It has no right to create tables.
change the rights for that user or login with another user
check log and see exactly which errors he could not create table

I reinstalled the site to a new location where I set up a new MySQL user with FULL privilages and a new WordPress user with Admin rights.
The message is still there.

generally are in /error_log
but it varies from server to server

There’s usually a error_log file at the root. But, not on this site. There is a error_log file at the site level. The last 3 errors are:

I checked the lines (10 & 17) that they refer to and it’s the function call of: get_header();
Sorry. But, that doesn’t help me know what the problem is. Do you have any ideas?

I guess all support venues are not the same. There is another I regularly use and they have on several occasions asked me for the access information.
